  3. Hi Trying To Book One-Way Flight From Alicante -East Midlands Friday 1st July However its Asking For Return Date All Time and Wont Let Me Go Any Further

  4. My husband and I are flying to Katowice in Poland on 30th June- 5th July 2016 from Stansted, and I don’t seem to find where to download the boarding cards. ref DNQWSZ Lot FR8266 Return Lot FR8267

  5. I always fly you over to Barcelona at least twice a year. This will be my last trip. It took me over 35 minutes to get a reply from your call centre. My enquiry was to change a flight booking. Tried accessing my booking, via 2 different browsers, IE and Firefox. Only unable to access this once I was advised to change and use Google Chrome. Why ? I finally spoke to someone and was advised that for them to change my booking would cost me £60.00. Yet, I can do it online for £40.00. So I have just had the privilege of paying this extra amount to amend my booking. I also asked the question about cancellation. Was told that I would lose my entire payment. I will be making this last trip with you but never again. Will also be conveying my thoughts and opinions to the relevant authorities and to my friends. I will be recommending that they use someone else.

  6. Why do people always make negative comments about Ryanair? My wife and I have travelled Ryanair twice in the last six months. All four flights were on time, the prices were extremely competitive, the on-board services were fabulous.
We opted to pay fractionally more for Priority Boarding, and travelled with only hand luggage.
Wish more people would wake up to the value you get!

  7. I think I have just been scammed by a company claiming to be Ryan Air, inviting me to enter a competition.
You give them your mobile phone number and they give you a promo code which you enter.
They then send you a text to say you will be charged £4.50 a week until you text stop to 61177

  8. We have recently flown with Ryanair for the first time in many years and never again. We checked in online the day before our journey but could not print the boarding passes and have not used the app before so we were not too sure about this. When we arrived at Edinburgh airport the Ryanair staff told us we should have printed the boarding passes before arrival at the airport and insisted we check in again this cost us £90 for the two of us. The staff member was very rude and unhelpful. We had already paid for a piece of luggage to go in the hold however during the check in process we could not proceed without stating we had a bag to check in this cost us another £35. We were not happy to say the least. When we were coming home from Barcelona passengers who had hand luggage were asked to put this in the hold free of charge as there was too much hand luggage being taken on the plane. Again not too happy about this as we had now paid twice for a piece of luggage to go in the hold.
When we arrived home yesterday we went onto the Ryanair website to contact customer services to speak to someone about our issues. It seems to be impossible to actually have a conversation with a member of staff. We sent in an email telling you about our problem and asking for advise and received a very prompt reply however when we tried to reply to that email an automated email was sent back saying we would need to send in an email to the appropriate department. We did this 4 times and always received an automated email saying this same thing. It was very frustrating to say the least!!!! We also tried to ‘have a live chat’ but this did not seem to be working either. This seems to be the only place I can find to actually say everything I need to say without being restricted to 1000 characters. Can a member of staff please contact us so we can have a discussion about the issues we encountered?
